North Middlesex Savings Bank Become Lead Sponsor
North Middlesex Savings Bank donated $7,500 to Habitat for Humanity® of North Central Massachusetts, becoming the organization’s lead sponsor for an upcoming project in Ayer. In addition to the sponsorship donation, the Bank will be committing volunteer time to the project, which will see the construction of a duplex at 76 Central Avenue, Ayer, pending approval from town officials and the zoning board.

The Ayer Local Project Committee Needs You
A Local Project Committee has been formed to oversee the Ayer Habitat project. For more information on serving on the committee, whose primary purpose is to raise the necessary funds to build, please call the office at 978-348-2749 x206. The committee is currently meeting every other week.
Our request in to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a variance to build two residential homes (a duplex) on the commercial part of the property in order to remain close to Central Ave has been granted. We will apply for a building permit soon and expect to begin construction in the Fall.
The family selection process will begine in October.
We are still seeking individuals and businesses that want to help support the project. For more information, please contact Executive Director Carolyn Read at firstname.lastname@example.org.
